I just stopped by and had great customer service. I'm not sure why people complained about opened blizzards. Every DQ I've been to always hands it with no top. Great customer service and will be back again. View all feedback.
What Nikko Osinski doesn't like about Dairy Queen Grill Chill:
dq location. eating is always differentiated when I come. I was running out with my chicken strips. the brot was very hard. the pommes were old. only fresh thing in my order were the chicken strips. the menu prices and what they actually pay do not match. View all feedback.
I tried to order something I ordered several times without problems. This time the worker began to argue about what I ordered and was very rude. I asked myself to talk to the manager and she answered that she was the manager. Not quite impressed by her attitude; I didn't expect a cold shoulder along with my frozen treat. Food is good as always, but Dairy Queen must ensure that the attitude of workers is improved to meet the high standards of food.
Went through the drive thru for lunch. Very fast. The grilled chicken sandwich I ordered was well made, had fresh tomatoe slices and lettuce. The chicken was well cooked and grilled.
The managers at this location are super friendly and helpful. They always make an effort to provide fast service. It's a shame that they aren't able to find people who want to actually work there due to the labor crisis.
Their hours are shortened and they 'll let you sit in your car for ten minutes in line before telling you they won 't serve you because they 're short-staffed. They used to have decent quality food but service and hours are hurting. When I suggested tonight that they fix the hours online, I was told we don 't control Google. Pretty sure that kid was fed up having to relay disappointing news and I 'm sorry I couldn 't put on a happy face. It 's a long round trip for me to return empty handed. For the management: pay a decent wage and maybe you won 't be so short-staffed. And check the note on your Google listing; proprietors can input information there to update shortened hours. Post your hours where people can decide whether to wait in line for ten minutes before being told they won 't be served and then have to wait for another five minutes for the cars in front of them to clear. We 've gone from regulars to 'never going back ' over the course of the last two months.
Sheila in the drive through was one of the rudest humans we have ever interacted with. When we pulled up to the window, she yelled, ?I?ll be with you in a minute!? It was a raised voice with a clear attitude. My husband and I were shocked honestly, and my husband paused and asked, ?Is there a problem?? And she said, ?Yes! I told you I would be with you in a minute!? We still are confused about what she was angry about, but we did ask to speak with her manager. She said she is the manager. If this is the case, as frequent diners who live in the area, we highly suggest you get rid of her. From reading other reviews, this is not the first time. And she represents YOU. Your brand, your store. Until she is gone, we will not only be back, we will be sure everyone we know knows to stay away from this location.
