You have to wait because nothing is prepared in advance, only upon order. The waiting time is 20-30 minutes. Everything is made to order. Even BBQ is not prepared in advance.

As soon as I joined the Mafia game that was taking place at this establishment, I ordered barbecue and really enjoyed it, plus it was inexpensive!
