Horrible experience!!! The worst steakhouse I've ever seen. The carvery offered is weak, without noble meats. And they don't know how to serve the cuts to the point the customer wants. Too bad!!! I complained and still had to pay $100 for a carvery that only serves rare heart, undercooked rump brain, unseasoned termite and other cuts that I won't spend my time describing. Finally, very poor service from a man called Paulo who put an end to the establishment's poor service.
