Dunkin' - Apalachin

I rarely ever complain but I have never experienced worse costumer service. I am a fairly regular and usually am greeted by some very nice ladies however today there was an issue with a sandwich I had ordered. After telling two people I had ordered an egg and cheese and received a sandwich with bacon they went back to remake it (after crumbling the previous sandwich) and I was handed another bacon egg and cheese. I then had to repeat myself again asking for just an egg and cheese and with some attitude from one guy and another guy talking slow/mocking me I finally was thrown a mid egg and cheese. No worker should ever be belittling costumers with that much attitude

Time for new management, no indoor service. Please stop taking our money like you care. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I ordered a large hot caramel latte with oat milk and it was filled 3/4 way up I told them it wasn 't filled and the drive through girl told me sometimes the milk doesn 't fill it all the way up what bs how does this happen sometimes this was on Saturday August 2023 at 11:09. I hate when they give me bs I paid $6 for my coffee I expect to get a full cup.

I 've been here around 6 or 7 times, I usually order a double espresso over Ice in a large cup. it usually comes to 2.50$. The last time I went she tried to charge me 5.20$... and I asked about it and she said we have to charge for the cup I said how much is the cup... she said .25$ and I said okay but it 's almost double the usual price. She snapped at me and said yeah it 's right, the price is right. We have to charge for the cup now. I declined to pay and told her never mind and drove to another dunkin and paid my 2.50$ without the cup charge and went upon my day. I called this morning to verify this will be the new price, so I knew not to waste anyones time to stop there again. Not only was the original person who answered super rude, but so was the manager. I didn 't call to fight about the cup price because I could care less honestly, i called to verify it was going to be double the price now... and she was snippy with me made it all about the cup price and how it 's the owners prerogative when my whole point is the price doubled for a .25$ up charge... previously I had no issues staff was friendly and inviting to me. I 'm not sure what has changed so quickly.
