Ordered an iced caramel latte for delivery at work it arrived and it was a cup of black coffee I believe, it was undrinkable and had the sticker on the side showing my drink order but definitely not what I ordered. I chose to pay to much for something I wanted but it sucks to pay extra for something you don’t. Service: Delivery Meal type: Other Price per person: $20–30
I ordered a double chocolate chip frappuccino with no whipped cream. Three times in less than a week my order was wrong. One day the sticker said double chocolate chip frappuccino with no whip clearly the cup had whipped cream in it, twice within a week they gave me some caramel drink and I am allergic to caramel when I brought the issue to their attention and asked for a supervisor oh she said was make sure that I come back or call them and let them know and I told you to drive through I compared to drinks and said that's clearly not the same thing and that when people are allergic to things I can send them to the hospital and all they said was, we understand. Very poor service, lately the staff has been rude, the drinks have been coming out not right, you pay quite a good amount of money for what?
I certainly enjoy the convenience of ordering online. But today, and my last experience at a different store, made me think that I need to take a break. I'm unable to have dairy so they're substitution is amazing but at the last store they definitely did not read the substitution. So when I contacted customer service they were a bit snappy and told me that I can taste a drink before leaving and have it remade. Then today I got my drink and it was clearly not mixed together, it was a matcha, I told the barista it looked a little funny. She gave me some explanation of their new mix and that it gets clumpy. She told me that if it tastes weird that they can certainly make it. And today was just a hard day and I didn't want any inconvenience on my way home.
It took 7 minutes for one of the 4 employees to be bothered to greet me. I was the only person in the store. Extremely rude and unpleasant atmosphere. Parking: The only parking available will force you to cross the drive thru walkway where the safety of pedestrians will be at constant risk because the patrons of this establishment are in a rush.
