Our history began in Upstate New York in 1977 as a small family-owned pizzeria. We take great pride in our original recipes, perfected over the years using only the finest ingredients. Richard, formerly known as Dick the Baker, once said, "I don't want to make a lot of money, I just want to make great pizza!" We are grateful to our family, friends, nephew in Canada, loyal customers, and hardworking staff. Thank you for dining with us and helping us become what we are today.
