Roadhaven Golf Tennis Resort

We have been going to Roadhaven for5 years. We have owned our place 2 years. Great people, great amenities and you own your land instead of leasing. We have a beautiful view of the Superstition Mountains too.

Very nice staff here. You stop at the guard shack on the way in and let them know who you 're there to see or in the case of homes being for sale in there, you tell them what space number you need. They provide you with a map and show you exactly where to go and how to get there. I came here to look at a place...potential buyer here... was treated like a VIP each time I visited. The lots are clean with nice manufactured homes and trailers on them. Very friendly people live here. Many are part-timers or snowbirds as we call them here I. Arizona but very helpful and approachable people. I have talked to a few of them who welcomed me with a smile and a handshake. This community has all sorts of activities for the 55 over crowd plus a huge pool area with a spa. A large community center/clubhouse is also on site.

It's everything a senior could wish for. Great people, activities, well maintained, heated pool spa. Must visit to appreciate.

Awesome place to snow bird rent or buy. Nice pool area lots of activities. Clean quiet neighborhood.Nearby activities: Lapidary, stained glass, swim, water aerobics, yoga, restaurant, parties, dance, crafts, sewing, golf, billiards, music more!Walkability: Can walk anywhere.

We traveled to Arizona for a quick 3 day weekend to see friends who winter at Roadhaven. We were duely impressed with the park and foresee renting a dwelling for future winter seasons, later possibly purchasing a lot and winter home.Nearby activities: Tons of clubs and activities available within the park. Any shopping you need within 15 minutes.Safety: A seemingly very secure, gated retirement community.Walkability: Everything in the park is accessible by foot, bicycle, golf cart, or car.Noteworthy details: I was impressed by the number of clubs available to join. Any level from novice to professional in each activity to accommodate anyone interested in the activity. If you cannot find something to do. You are not trying! Golf, tennis. Pickle-ball, shuffleboard, swimming, hiking, wood-working, silversmithing, painting, pottery-making, etc. just to name a few activities we checked out.
