This is your standard dive bar with some TVs, a pool table, a small stage, and a lot of characters to watch. It appears that things have changed up because contrary to other reviews, they do not serve food. (Or at least they looked at us like we had two heads when we asked. Big band with 60's and 70's music. Small but beautiful dance floor. Very cheap prices for drinks. The staff was very friendly.
The atmosphere is fantastic, and the staff is wonderful—it feels just like home! My band performs there, and it’s always a great experience. We absolutely love this bar!
On the other side of the world from my normal haunts, but had a blast. No frills, but bartenders gave a solid pour for a fair price, regulars we're cool and the live music by Jynx had the place jumpin'. Go check it out.
I recently visited Lucky Strikes and had an amazing time hanging out at Building 12. It's a fantastic spot in AJ with a friendly atmosphere, delicious drinks, excellent service, and great music! They have the best cover band ever playing! Grab a cocktail and you might even win a kayak! This is definitely the place to be, open until 2 AM, and it's absolutely wonderful.
