I?ve gone 3 separate times to pick up a pizza and all three times they did not have any pizza HOT or READY. Pretty embarrassing when that?s literally the company slogan. Not to mention there was 4 associates the last time I went checking out someone?s phone.

The pizza was soggy, but there were plenty of drinks available. The second pizza was also undercooked and hard to enjoy. It felt more like a cheese pizza than anything else. I'm very disappointed and will have to cook this pizza myself. You can actually see light through the dough.
