Nestled on Main in small-town AJ, this lively dive delivers affordable drinks, cold beer, hearty bar fare (notably a daily cod fish fry, pork tenderloin and wings) and upbeat nights with karaoke and a DJ. The crowd skews Gen X but welcomes all — LGBTQ-friendly, pet/ESA-friendly, plenty of parking and pool tables. Friendly, relaxed vibe and reasonable prices make it a great hangout, though service can be spotty, food quality uneven at times, and occasional odors or soliciting by passersby have been noted.

It was ok for a dive bar! The bartender was decent. could have served us without being prompted each time as there were 7 of us in the bar total, but she was pleasant enough. The fish fry was pretty good as well! The smell about the place was a bit disturbing, as was the homeless gal trying to bum drinks, but that is expected on Main I guess. Price per person: $10–20

Cool place to hang out. Great times with great friends. If you havent been there, you should check it out!!!
We go to the Dog Run Saloon for their pork tenderloin sandwich. It is the BEST one around and big enough to share. Our favorite bartender is Gail, she rocks! Wednesday wing night is pretty good too.
