Il Vecchio Ristoro - AOSTA

Arrived at lunchtime, we try an ambush (without reservation) to the old refreshment. I knew all the beautiful things that told about this restaurant. Lucky (as almost always) we conquer the last table for two. Very suggestive location where history and contemporaneity are perfectly linked. Chef (master) and maitres very good and very helpful . valued raw materials of the territory, combined with the great experience of the master. We were light, offering two courses (squisite) and drinking two glasses of wine (optimum). Final with gossip and potato pancakes with zabaione al cognac (strepitose). The price was also great given the high quality of the room. I highly recommend to anyone who transits in these areas a passage to the old refreshment (with reservation)! Congratulations!

The restaurant is treated in every detail. impeccable service, but also family. food is great. Menù degotazione da 7 courses fabulous. a ladder of flavors, ingredients of the highest quality prepared in an egregia way accompanied by an excellent wine list. recommended!
