Carefully prepared and truly delicious dishes. Friendly hospitality, prices appropriate for the quality of the offerings. A place I highly recommend.
In short: Good restaurant. Go there. With a little more detail, we ate many different and unusual dishes. Some were a bit too spicy (e.g., the broccoli meatballs with cumin, which was a bit strong), but everything was very interesting. There were no vegans at the table, just to put the tastes and mood into context. We found the dishes excellent and tried everything with interest. The girls were treated kindly and were able to try something different than usual. The young man in the dining room, a 45-year-old, MEGA-kind man, rarely do you find someone so on point, so smiley, and who takes the time to politely and pleasantly address everyone at the table. Excellent. The chef/owner has a less welcoming demeanor, but she shows great care and dedication. She really cares. The food is good, as already mentioned, although in our opinion, some of the flavor-dominant species should be listed among the ingredients, so you can get a taste of the flavor before ordering. Rating 8, excellent.
A very well-maintained vegan restaurant located on the main street of Aosta. Pleasant atmosphere. Good menu options. I ordered an excellent burger. Vegan and vegetarian options with selected, locally sourced ingredients and a clear focus on animal welfare. Recommended!
Many vegan options and a vegetarian menu. Seasonal vegetables prepared in a very creative and tasty way. Welcoming and courteous, dogs are welcome (I didn't have any, but those in the dining room had their own space).
