Nice pub atmosphere and friendly, helpful waitstaff with serviceable English. Our waitress brought the child's plate first (something any parent will appreciate . My husband and I had the pork shank (stinco di maiale slow-roasted in local beer and I substituted the usual side of fries/chips for the (absolutely delicious polenta with cheese. The meat was wonderful, both tender, moist and flavorful. My brother-in-law and his girlfriend had lasagna and found it okay but not great, and a local wine (la torretta? that they did enjoy. Based on our experience I would suggest sticking with what the staff recommends as a local specialty. There was also a pork stew, slow-cooked in local wine that sounded delicious.
