Disappointment with the rooms, they are not as shown in the photos, but that is not a problem if you later find comfort... but it was not like that.. At Christmas, we rented an apartment to spend a few days on vacation. The first thing was that my daughter didn't have a bed... she was supposed to sleep on a very hard old sofa, where I had to sleep the first night and it was better to sleep on the floor, how hard it was... I never have sleeping problems, but that was the worst thing I have ever encountered in my life, the main bed was two together, (which makes it impossible for the three of us to sleep together) because obviously it was separates... So we had to rotate the mattresses so that we could sleep properly... so relaxation and rest, which is what you look for in a hotel when you are on vacation, were conspicuous by their absence. Also add that the entire room, mini kitchen, etc. was all very old. An immediate renovation is missing. The spa is also not a good place to go to relax. Ah! When the children met Santa Claus, it was so disappointing! Please let Santa Claus be a young boy, with a Chinese beard and an Argentine accent... don't put too much effort into it! Better not do anything! In short: my room didn't have good views, nor was it quiet, nor did it have a good price... Rooms: The beds are the worst of all! We couldn't sleep well at all. There were 3 of us and my daughter did not have a bed (the sofa in the dining room area) does not count as a bed... impossible to sleep there... hard as a rock. The “double” bed was 2 together, we had to sleep cramped the first night and then we turned the mattresses so we could at least get some rest... the reception didn't care. Like every year for a long time, we have trusted Anyós Park again. The result is remarkably high. The wonderful reception staff, as well as the two employees who take the transport to La Massana to go up the slopes. Although I liked the pool better before the renovation (it's been years since), they have fairly long hours, and the fact that they don't allow children from 9 to 10 at night, at least in winter, leaves a space For both children and adults who want some peace of mind. The system they have now with Wi-Fi works perfectly, an aspect that has been greatly improved compared to previous years. The cleanliness of the rooms is also an aspect to highlight. I can't talk about the restaurant because we didn't use it. The treatment and service offered by the Pic Negre store in the same complex is also worth mentioning. Little soundproofing in the room. Highlight the good service and good work of the receptionists. By my mistake I made the wrong reservation and once at the hotel they did everything possible and made it so that we wouldn't be left without a room and without a weekend. Stayed here week ago In short, VERY BAD. We were 28 people, booked 9 rooms. Half of group has moved to other hotel, because all was far away from what was in hotel webpage/expectations. BAD: 1) Layout. Hotel is divided in few parts: upper living rooms/restaurant, middle parking and lowest sport center/ SPA. All 3 parts are separated buildings, and if You want to get from hotel to SPA , you have to cross 2 streets, get through parking and use 2 elevators. super convenient , especially going from and to pool/spa with bathrobe through public outside places in cold weather. Sport bar is overcrowded by local people visiting sport center, no snacks/food, at least cocktails are ok. 2) Pool and SPA. It is so out of date, pictures in webpage are far far away from reality. Pool is old, hot tube, steam bath and sauna is so small that even 4 people is too much. Sauna looks like had a fire in it. It is impossible to enter pool after day of skiing, 17 19 it is closed due to training. this service is so disappointing, that we tried it once and never came back. Massage, which we got as a gift to our booking package, was just a very short few gentle strokes/touches. 3) Food. breakfast food is cold, not a lot to choose from. Dinner have few dishes to choose from, but far away what should be for 4 stars hotel. Area is too small and overcrowded, big noise and mess. it is impossible to have a privacy. only thing in mind is how to eat and get out of that mess. 4) Rooms. rooms are out of date, dark, depressing. some rooms have curtain instead of wall. None of the toilets had a toilet brush, You have to manage with your brownie in other ways. there are tea/coffee in the room, but none had a kettle to boil water. Some rooms had so bad smell, that even clothes after vacation still have that smell. 5) Reception/lobby. In general there is no lobby at all, just few armchairs near reception/main entrance. there is no place where to spend time in this hotel apart your room. Administration in reception is not very helpful. 6) we have chosen this hotel, because we all play padel tennis and this hotel that have 3 courts. Despite courts were mostly free during all day it was claimed that totally all time is booked and it is not possible to get any time during whole week. Administrator in sport center couldn 't speak a word in English. 7) construction works. during our stay reception, lobby and main entrance space was under construction. Workers were all over doing their works, making lots of noise/other activities. Trash containers placed right in front of main entrance!!! one day, after return from skiing construction workers even set hotel on fire. Fire fighters restricted to enter the hotel until investigation was taking place. Service price. despite we have made bookings and other finance related operations all together and on same dates, hotel has charged for same services our group diffrently. Difference was upto 20%. after request to explain this in reception, no decent explanation was provided, accepted as a mistake of some other department and at the end not all difference was returned. Be aware and check Your spendings. GOOD: 1) Parking. Hotel has big parking. but ask for free parking in advance if You will book this hotel. 2) View. not all, but most of the rooms have realy nice view to valley. 3) Staff. some staff, younger ones, are friendly and despite lack of skills/language/situations are in quite good mood and tries to be pleasant and friendly, but it clearly seen that their work conditions are also somehow intense. We have observed few disputes between the staff in front of guests. To sum up VERY BAD. Half of our group has left this hotel after few days in the middle of vacation and got a lot better deal for same or less price. we will return to Andorra definitely, but this hotel will always will be in my memories as one of most unpleasant stays. Avoid this hotel even if there is no other place to stay. go to another cities of Andorra. Country is so small, that distance is not a problem at all. Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 2
