Golden Mango Indian - Anuradhapura

I read Rave reviews, so maybe I have them in one night? The main problem with eating was incredibly salty. I had the hot buttercut fish with roasted rice, the Tandoori chicken and the garlic butter-nut. The turtle was so salty that I couldn't enjoy the fish taste. The Tandoori chicken was decent, but definitely not what you get in India. I don't want to comment on the rice because I'm not a rice lover anyway. I just wanted to try. It was also a bit salty. But the garlic butter? Overall, I felt like the prices were too high for the quality and quantity of food. I say there's a café in the same restaurant that has great cakes, cookies and bread. Sandwiches and snacks, but I tried the cupcake. A cookie and some bread. They were all very attractive! And the ladies who worked there were very helpful to explain things to me! Anyway, the restaurant was nice and very clean, so give it a hot tub if you want.

Delicious food. Appropriate prices. Per person part also acceptable. Foods are not very oily. Satisfied with the service. Juice options also acceptable and tasty. Can be recommended to get meals.

Located in an easy access convenient stop on the way to the North of Sri Lanka. Decent place to have breakfast, lunch or dinner depending on the time you reach Anuradhapura. Clean and neat place to dine in. Good service and friendly staff.

Very delicious foods, though the portion sizes are bit small for the price... very clean lavatory as well.. their cakes are very yummy ,prices are reasonable as well. Can recommend to anyone who's visiting Anuradhapura

A nice and neat place in Anuradhapuram to have a nice break when you drive to North. Clean wash rooms and neat restaurant. Nice service minded staff. Have enough parking. Recommend to stop and refresh on the way your drive.
