I had 15min left before taking my train and there was 1order in front of me. So I order a hot chocolate and a donut. The woman after the counter was friendly an... read more I had 15min left before taking my train and there was 1order in front of me. So I order a hot chocolate and a donut. The woman after the counter was friendly and gave me my donut after 1min (it was a little sweet, but overall a good donut). The man after the counter had to make my hot chocolate but he continued talking with the costumer in front of me about parking spots... After 10min there was no hot chocolate and he didn't even start on it (and continued talking). Then I had to leave to take my train so I told him he didn't have to make it because im leaving. Ofcourse there was no time to get my money back because I needed to go. I understand that they don't have to rush to do everything, but one hot chocolate in 10min is not so much to ask (in my opinion).

On multiple occasions I received a totally wrong order or the staff was too busy making fun with their friends that were seated inside making the waiting time for 1 drink way too long. My latest experience made me very annoyed however i ordered at the booth and sat down right outside the door so I could hear my number getting called. Eventually a number was called which was not my number, he called the number again but I didn't react cuz it wasn't my number. I had scanned my loyalty card and as I was looking through the app my latest order wasn't there, it was from a few days ago. I went to ask the guy and he said in a rude tone that he had already called out my order a few times. If he did call out MY order I would've already went to grab it. The staff here is getting ruder by the day, there are a few very nice people which is why I still go there but lately been only seeing the ones that like to chill with their friends more than helping customers. I love Dunkin' and never would have thought that I would have to give less than 5 stars but the people being hired lately.... The 4 stars given are purely to the nice staff like the girl with the short hair and hair clips and the tall blonde guy (They always stick out in their professionalism. and the amazing coffee and donuts ofcourse.
