Grand Cafe Horta - Antwerpen-centrum

Negative experience with staff horta. When I wanted to drink a coffee Saturday afternoon, unfortunately, there was no place at the same time. The waiter introduced us a place downstairs, though the person who accompanied me can't take stairs. When I informed the waiter of this, I got an answer, "I can't throw anyone off his table." Like I asked this question. No more coffee in the horta for me.

Nice case in art wellveau atmosphere. Well, dishes aren't surprising, but surely tasty. Nice and considerate personnel.

I've been here several times, I've come to dinner, and I'm not complaining about that, but the male services who have such an arrogance that I've decided to go here more now. I'm sorry, because I've heard more of this restaurant and I've found it.

New specialty of the house: salad with eyelashes. We went to lunch and ordered salads. Until our big surprise, there was a wimper in one of the salads. The waiter wouldn't accept it. He couldn't be any different than admitting, the wimper was clearly visible! The executive was called in and literally answered: It can happen. They didn't want to bring a new salad. And charged him! We paid for everything and left conclusion: Salad with wimper isn't on the map, you'll get it!

I came here to eat. Once with a group of girlfriends come to breakfast, another dinner with a friendly couple breakfast was nicely taken care of and certainly enough. We all took the most expensive breakfast and we were very happy about this. The service was fine, but people weren't overly friendly. The second time I came to dinner one week with a friendly couple. The waiter came to take our liquor choice, but didn't even look at us. He looked around uninterested. We had to repeat our order. Also, in the recording of our menuousness, we weren't interesting enough. He was halfway to the table next to us the food came pretty fast, and after the waiter put our plates on the table, he would have taken the aperative of my guests. Unfortunately, this glass wasn't empty yet. The rest of the night went fast. But the service may be more personal than luck that food is fine and the location is magnificent.
