I'm sure it wasn't on duty. They understood our comments and came to confirm this later. New plates were taken. The potato gratin was still raw with crops. They don't have the gratin right. But it wasn't allowed to bake. The vegetables on our new plate are now reduced by half, the flesh hard and cold. The restaurant is conveniently located with easy access and offers a great value for the price. The rooms are nice, the staff is friendly, and the breakfast is excellent.
