Murphy's Law... anything that can go wrong, will go wrong. We went to the restaurant without a reservation to see if there was still room for two. We were a bit lucky (it seemed) because there was still a table available. We ordered and unfortunately something went wrong as we still had not received our food an hour later. When we brought it to their attention, they quickly realized there was a mistake. We did receive our food shortly after. Later, there was another hiccup with communication between the dining room and the kitchen when it came to dessert. However, this was quickly noticed and resolved. We also received a kind gesture which was a pleasant surprise when we received the bill. The quality of the food was superb, cooked perfectly. The service was also really good. We are not upset or dissatisfied at all! That's why we are still giving it 5 stars, even after these mishaps. It's just a shame that we experienced this when I was treating my mom for her upcoming birthday. But all good!
