An absolute great restaurant as it should be. The service is up, the food is amazing, the portions are rich. It is an elevated place that deserves 5 stars. It's a little more expensive than any other Italian restaurant, but you know where that went extra. It's a great food experience. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about I Famosi:
Although the food was good and fresh...and red house wine superb, we can't ignore the fact that we had to wait for nearly 2 hours before getting our main dish. And when we signaled this to the head waiter he simply said this was normal on a Sunday evening... not going back there I'm afraid. There's much cheaper and definitely quicker options for the same quality of food. View all feedback.
Had a great time at this nice Italian restaurant. Friendly staff, cosy seating, excellent food. Some of the suggestions seemed a bit pricey, but my tagliolini with fresh fish (and a delicious sauce) was definitely not overpriced! Would definitely go again.
The food is wonderfull, the somelier made some great wine suggestions and the staff really works hard to keep up with the rules due to Corona. The only sad thing is they spilled sauce all over my white dress and didn't do anything to compensate or have it cleaned. Accidents happen, we're all human, so I wasn't mad at the guy at all. But still it would have been nice if they had offered to take the dry cleaners bill or something like that.
Excellent food and very friendly staff, the panna cotta was delicious

5 years ago I discovered this amazing Italian restaurant in the heart of Antwerp, we went back to visit the new location. We made a reservation on Saturday night and arrived at 7.30. The host was warm and beautiful, took our coats and the waiter led us to our table. Once we enjoy Bruschetta, olives and warm bread with olive oil. I ordered a Burrata servita su carpaccio di pomodoro marinati al basilico e origano fresco e pomodorini confit, and I shared it with my sister. The burrata was so soft, milky and juicy, the flavors came together when I ate it with the sweet tomatoes and the tangy basilico. For our main dish I ordered the Ravioli reifi di melanzane e burrata con salsa pachino e basilico fresco and my sister ordered a linguine all bygole veraci. Our food came on time and the chef Gianluca came to our table to say mangiarized Gustose Signore that we certainly did! Every bite was a true feeling of Roman cuisine! For Dessert we had a Caffè and Tentazione al cioccolato, this chocolate cake is your grandmother taste, an authentic pure cocoa flavor with a soft mouse layer to calm your sweet tooth. The service, the food and everyone on deck is so important for a total good experience for a night out, and this restaurant has everything. Brava to Koch Fabio, Gianluca and the team! See you soon!
