We started searching for a fish-pan (vispannetje). After contacting the restaurant, we had a lobster night. The friendly lady checked with the cook and it was no problem to serve our vispannetje. The best I've ever eaten. Fresh, quality and perfectly made. View all feedback.
What User dislikes about De Schelp:
The restaurant is behind the fish shop, so it's not surprizing that the seafood is fresh and of good quality. Not that well prepared though: my wife's grilled tuna was overcooked and ruined. The portions are rather small as well, considering the prices. The portion french fries is RIDICULOUSLY small, and if you ask for more, they charge you for it. Great restaurant to taste some of the best seafood in Antwerp. Your gambe is the best I've cost so far.
