Located just north of Santa Fe, NM, right after crossing the NM/CO border, the dining room car is situated next to the train tracks. The waitstaff is fantastic - quick and very friendly. The green chili here is a must-try, while the red chili is also good but they really shine with the green chili on almost everything. I highly recommend the breakfast burrito with green chili, it's absolutely delicious! The huevos rancheros with eggs over easy is another solid choice. The restaurant's big green chili chicken enchilada is a real winner - don't forget to try it. The green chili on the side is also amazing. This hidden gem is a true culinary delight with down-to-earth vibes.

The wait staff is excellent - quick and friendly, with a down-to-earth attitude. The chefs are outstanding too - their green chili dish is absolutely amazing! The red chili is good, but the green chili is a must-try on nearly everything. I highly recommend the breakfast burrito smothered with green chili - it's incredible! The huevos rancheros with eggs over easy are also delicious. Their green chili chicken enchilada is top-notch as well. I even tried their green chili as a soup on the side and it was fantastic. This little gem of a restaurant is truly a hidden delight!
