Don't look any further. After a year in Rome, as a bell, this pizza made me fall in love with Roman pizza. Far from the whistle of the contemporary pizza scene, it is probably the most true thing you can find in several kilometers. Red and white pizza filled with human heritage.
Great cut pizza. Classical low Roman pizza (at least very low and scrocchiarella. The calzone is super filled with everything (prosciutto, mortadella etc. with quality products. I wake up on Saturday late with the desire to try a nice pizza at the Roman cut, I come specially in this place that I had long marked. I come as usual with my scooter and find the parking spaces right next to the place, great as I begin. Beautiful also outside the room with many outdoor tables that create a somewhat “touristic” environment, very pleasant to stay out. I decide to take the classic Roman pizzas to tastare the level, then the red, potatoes and sausage and filled with mortadella, plus one of their most popular supplì: purè and mortadella.
