Worst service I’ve every experienced. Place was not busy but the waiter seem incapable of doing two things at one time. Would take an order from one table and disappear for an extended time. Come back see one customer and disappear again. Looking around none of the employees seemed to move with an purpose View all feedback.

Eating was G-O-D, but the service was even better. I just had to go. but the To-go specialist alani was really nice and showed respect to me. she was raised right. but I will tell my friends about this place.
Up here for a little personal party. beautiful decor, delicious food and ultra-friendly staff. this Biz owner /supervisor is multilingual and I loved the way he comforted guests. they also try to accommodate all food allergies or preferences.
My experience today was terrible. the service was terrible waiter always forget everything. they gave me alfedo with no Alfredo sauce, then they brought me out of cold soak. the calamari was not cooked, had to let it fritt again. the only thing I enjoyed was the salat and the beer. I understand that it is a busy day is Valentine's Day, but customer satisfaction should always be top priority.
First time visiting Red Lobster since before covid. I was very pleasantly impressed by how they upgraded the service and customer experience in this restaurant.Definitely somewhere I go back to if I'm ever feeling in the mood for seafood.
Took my family here for dinner and customer service is good food is good and we enjoyed our night out here!
