Mcdonald's - Antioch

My order is always hot and fast, but customer service is missing.

Very disappointed by the service at this point. Maybe the night shift because ive never had so much of a problem. I went to this place at midnight and after waiting in the line to about 7-10 and after I finally got to the speaker I got no greeting or someone reacted to me about 5 minutes. I understand they were busy, but ignoring me is very irritating. Back to this place

Usually this place is better but tonight I went back through the drive through twice and they still gave me the wrong order. They gave me a quarter pounder, and still charged me for my three mcchickens and 20 pc nuggets

The ordered tea with sugar was just a cup of hot water. Husband had to ask for his coke. He got about 2/3 of a cup without ice cream. Asked for salt. No salt in the bag. Make sure to check your order before you leave the hard disk window.

This place is usually not terrible. But I came the drive in ordered an egg mcmuffin and an oj on the way to the dealer. I thought I'd eat my breakfast while I wait. They gave me a bread with a piece of sausage and a piece of cheese! That's it! I really wish I had checked the bag before leaving, but even more than what I would wish you had the WIR OWN WORK before you give the customer their order. There was NO line they were not busy, there was no one in front of me there was essentially NO excuse for this, except people simply do not pay attention. Now I'm stuck with the dealer waiting for my car without breakfast. Thank you. McFs, you did it again! Actually, I don't know how or why they still exist. I pray that robots do this job.
