Mac's Old House - Antioch

I absolutely love this restaurant! I first visited 30 years ago, and even after moving to Oklahoma, I make it a point to return every time I’m in California. I'm always impressed by their consistency. The atmosphere is great and the staff is incredibly friendly. The food and drinks are fantastic, and everything is always clean. The overall vibe feels very homey, which I really appreciate.

Wow, even during the COVID pandemic, this restaurant is an amazing spot for dinner. You can enjoy your meal on the front lawn or take it to go, and as always, the bar is open with fantastic drink prices!

This has been my favorite restaurant since the mid-1960s when I worked at Crown Zellerbach. I really miss going there; the staff were all wonderful and friendly.
