The owner came out and said hi, my aunt her husband are regulars (you can tell by how everyone knew them). My aunt and her husband ordered the Pork Chop special (two 8 oz pork chops, 3 eggs, toast, and home fries) it was a ton of food! I ordered the blueberry banana homemade French toast, it was definitely home cooking! I tried it with syrup but ended up eating it without syrup because the flavor is phenomenal! I also got the full order of biscuits and gravy to split with my husband, it was good but I added more pepper, I should have asked for sausage gravy but I have left overs of the French toast and biscuits with gravy. Hubby got the Chili Cheese Omelet! I can admit I was pleasantly surprised by how good it was! I would have never thought to put that together orange juice came in a large cup and coffee had free refills. I'll come visit the next time I'm in town.

From the moment we sat down the waitress (JANELLE) was nice. we told her we've never been and she explained everything on the menu, what is popular and more. I truly loved the food I got, the country fried steak and I am always so hesitant because many times the gravy tends to be very peppery which kills it for me. This gravity was fantastic, the steak was super fresh, flavorful and crispy. The hashbrowns came out nice and crispy best hashbrowns I have ever had. My sister ordered the cinnamon roll French toast which is literally made with a homemade cinnamon roll. That was delicious we got an additional cinnamon roll to try to recreate the French toast at home jiji. We live like 30 min away from this place wish it was closer but when I'm in the area i will surelly visit them again. KEEP UP THE GREAT JOB!!!!!

Local place with decent trips for eating “meh” quality. we were here a handful of time and despite some problems in pastness we recently decided to give him ano... read more Local place with decent trips for eating “meh” quality. we were here a handful of time and despite some problems in pastness we recently decided to give him another attempt (our preferred breakfast place was closed so that we thought why not.) we had ordered an early piece shooter and the touch that came with him were wet, muddy and apparently undercooked. when the waitress followed with us, she apologised and they took a few dollars from our order, which was estimated that we did not end up eating the eggs. I also had an experience here (pre pandemic), where the cookies and engraving I had ordered seemed to be combed. the engraving along the outside of the plate was sharp, but the engraving in the middle of the plate was very cold. probably will not go back here due to these problems, but the hostes and waiters were very kind when these problems were brought to their attention.

I will say the people at the cashier area are absolutely fabulous, friendly , courteous, so much like ?Mom and Pop?. The food amount was so generous. The price reasonable . However, the fish wastriangle shaped, frozen fish, tasted ?fishy? was greasy . I do believe the place is homey, the people warm, friendly,incredible food portions. I also believe their ?specialties ? may be their other offerings , as breakfast, lunches, though, notfish. I would definitely visit again, for those do recommend for those, as well.
