What User doesn't like about Hugos Ceviche:
Good view of the water and the street below. Fried fish was slightly over done. The ceviche with crab used imitation crab meat instead of fresh like we expected. Not very much shrimp in the shrimp ceviche. View all feedback.
Food and beverages were great as expected wait wait waitress ver nice and politely great place great service
I like to think I can eat a lot but the food always win. Now I love me some garlic I would of never thought I can fry fish in it. The was so delicious and the service was great; I don’t speak Spanish but we worked together and my waiter executed with patience and grace.
Ordered ceviche de camarón, didn't like the fact that they didn't properly cleaned the camarón, also it was marinated in English sause, most the ceviche I had are cook in lemon juice. Place was clean and prompt service from staff.
Nice interior, but the ceviche was a complete letdown, both the fish and the prawns didn’t have a real taste and the texture was strangely chewy as well. The only way that makes it possible to eat it is masking everything with the vinegar/lime juice, which isn’t how ceviche is supposed to be. Not worth it- especially for this price, in my opinion. The personnel wasn’t very friendly either.

The two gentlemen prepared our Camaron (Shrimp) Zeviches in Tandem. Lime juice, pickled onions, sea salt, English sauce and cilantro made it a taste city. We had Ceviche in Peru and that was right up there! Definitely go, even if it's for their unique picositas or watching them, make it!
