Very interesting food. Nice decor. Nice service. Centrally located. I love that the menu features local foods and spices that are rare and special to Guatemala. I had some really good unique food.
Maybe just bad luck: my salmon was raw inside. And yes: it is been more raw than just the new fancy way.

Guat-Ik was a surprising discovery. Fresh Guatemalan ingredients used in creative, tasty and respectful ways. The Amuse Bouche was a nice touch. The light-flooded, modern and immaculate clean interior and excellent service rounded off the experience. I'm back!
