In the end, I spoke to her and told her that I had invited my family to eat at that place, which she had made me look bad with her service. She then told me I could complain if I wanted to. Apart from the bad experience she caused me, my family's comments were that the place was ugly, which is not how I felt about it. It is a shame that they have staff with such a bad attitude. We were seated on the second floor at table 18, and I am more than upset about the terrible service provided that day.
