La Tienda De Doña Gavi - Antigua

Incredibly charming little tienda, right on Main Street. So many brilliant flavors to choose, many (mostly! vegan options. I tried Lavender and Amor Amor (Rosen strawberry, delicious! Will definitely be back. You can buy cheaper ice cream in the city, but for the portions, options and quality I think the price is completely fair.

I have the matcha. It was a special taste so it came to be $4.5 USD. Overly for a small ice cream that wasn't all that special.

While most of the flavors are sorbets made with water, most of them contain honey as sweeteners. Be special when you choose the flavors. In addition to ice cream you will find beautiful tea/infusion mixtures, spices and other natural products.

Almost all flavors are vegan and they have a great variation of special flavors. I really enjoyed the ice, but unfortunately it was very expensive (I paid about 8$ for two flavors). It's nice to try it once, but because it's so expensive, I wouldn't go back there, although I like to try out some other flavors.

Almost all vegan, just one flavor (queso) was not. Very interesting flavors like strawberry rose, flavors incorporating wine/beer/booze like mojito. Also had lots of flavors, maybe 20-25? Some with alt milk bases. Also sells some vegan items like protein powders as well as artesian soaps etc.
