We arrived to find a bustling market that was predominantly run by tourists selling their handmade jewelry. During our visit, the noise from the market drowned out the natural surroundings, which was disappointing for us as we prefer a quieter environment. Caoba Farm in Antigua is a must-visit destination. They offer organic farming tours, yoga classes (Wednesday-Saturday mornings), live music, and delicious meals. While they are only open Friday-Sunday with a slightly reduced menu that includes 3-4 vegan options, they are willing to accommodate vegan requests.
