Just today, we ordered three subs and three cups of soup, but we only received three subs and one cup of soup. When I called the restaurant, they assured me that they would send the driver back with the other two soups, but that was almost an hour ago, and the driver never returned.

We began our experience with the staff member who took our order. She seemed annoyed when I inquired about the sizes of the sandwiches, expecting something similar to Subway. I received a snarky response: "They're all one size." When I asked for clarification, she let out a deep sigh and explained that they are approximately 9 inches long. I also inquired about the mac and cheese, noting that most of the utensils appeared dirty. The food itself was quite good, which is the only positive aspect of the visit. Unfortunately, given the overall experience, I'm likely to choose another restaurant next time.

Ordered Chicken and rice soup along with 2 broccoli and cheese soups. Never received chicken and rice. Received 3 broccoli and cheese. Otherwise food is excellent.

Two subs a soup a Mac and cheese, and a pickle. Almost 40 bucks. My sub was so cold, the cheese didn't even melt. The soup tasted like it came out of a bag, and they forgot to give us our soups the first time around, so we had to go back. The only redeeming thing I will get from there ever again are the deli pickles! Those things are amazing!
