We did not know that the restaurant was reopened when we lived in la vallee de barousse and it always looks closed. since October and today we had another nice... read more We did not know that the restaurant was reopened when we lived in la vallee de barousse and it always looks closed. since October and today we had another nice lunch on the New Year's Day. a very nice start to the...Meal with small nibbeln and a cocktail, followed by charcuterie, magret, ris au veau, the latter very rich and very french! croustade and chocolat fondant for dessert. we love the beauty and rustic charm and the owner is very pleasant. I recommend it. they are closed for the next two months, but then open all middays
