“The evolution” made the buffet for my birthday: caesar salad, tartines, truffle. it was delicious and original that the guests liked. I recommend this restaurant, eat on site and/or leave.
A very nice place to really discover extraordinaryly exelent pastries as well as the dishes that are offered to us. potimarron is the top. to go to the antibes and not to stop there will be too much evil. really good staff is very professional.
It’s not hard to see why a patisserie in France would attempt to add a twist to tried-and-tested approaches: some establishments feel they need to innovate in order to stand out from a crowded field. The wisdom of such thinking is up for debate. For instance, some would argue that there’s no need to innovate if the product one creates is of a high standard. However, this particular patisserie evidently decided it ought to have some kind of Unique Selling Point, so it came up with the idea of selling its wares with a scoop of ice cream. Perhaps the idea isn’t as odd as it sounds: perhaps a carefully-selected ice cream flavour might go well with a baba au rhum or a fruit tart. However, there is no evidence of such perfect pairings to be found at the cafe in question. Served with a surliness that very nearly made us want to walk out the moment we placed our orders, the nearly tasteless ‘tiramisu tart’ was completely overwhelmed by the coffee ice cream. And the chocolate-praline creation benefited not one jot from the inclusion of a dollop of far-too-sweet chocolate glace. Throw the ridiculous prices into the mix and the message is cleat: Stay Away. And look for the nearest traditional patisserie you can find.
I recommend... nice place, very nice boss, very good juice... Very good pork croque Not to mention the pastries. Thank you. We will come back with pleasure
