I ordered a single combo no onion no ketchup no cheese. Had all 3 ingredients. Returned meal to get it right. Second time around got it wrong again. They put cheese and onion. I also got same fries from first wrong meal. Didn't eat the fries. With an hourlunch I was not pleased.

This is hands down the worst fast food experience I've had. I ordered the strawberry summer salad with chicken, and I have to say, Wendy's should steer clear of trying to emulate Chick-fil-A because nothing they offer comes close. The processed chicken was awful, and the salad wasn't fresh at all. This particular Wendy's feels more like a truck stop, and it seems they think truckers will settle for anything — but that's not the case. Wendy's has fallen behind since the 80s when there was far less competition in the fast food market. Honestly, it might be time for you to close your doors for good. I've had disappointing meals at every location I've visited over the last 20 years. The only reason I even tried these places is because they cater to a captive audience, like this truck stop. I strongly advise against trying to replicate what Burger King did with McDonald's by opening near a Chick-fil-A, because you won't see any spillover customers. The slogan "Where's the beef?" has become "Where is the good food?"
