I've never had a problem at the subway inside la Feria. People always complain about the little things, People need to chill. if anything was wrong with your food. If you go to another restaurant their policy is the same their policy is that you need to bring back whatever you purchased. And they will gladly fix it for you or refund your money on that same day. Damn llorones.
Best subway I've ever been too! Very clean, great environment and friendly staff.
I visited the drive-thru and had a frustrating experience while trying to explain what "double protein" meant. The staff member seemed unfamiliar with the term and asked me to clarify, even though there was a clear picture right next to her showing the option. When I pointed it out, she insisted it was only for the protein bowl. That was confusing, especially since there was also a picture of the sandwich! The food itself was good, but they forgot to include the garlic aioli for the sandwich labeled "The Great Garlic" (number 8). Come on, guys—please do your job properly, listen to your customers, and make an effort to understand the materials you have!
