Everything about this restaurant is fantastic! The chicken is delicious, the tacos are amazing, and the manager is a wonderful and kind person. I love every aspect of this place and highly recommend it!
I ordered two three-piece meals but, when I got home, I discovered that one of them was actually a two-piece meal. I urge KFC customers at the Anthony location to check their orders before leaving to avoid disappointment, as the staff here seem unable to fulfill orders correctly. This isn't the first time I've experienced issues like this; I've chosen to speak up now because these recurring mistakes can't simply be attributed to human error. It's very disappointing, and it has seriously damaged my trust in this location compared to other KFCs I've visited in the past.
I payed 51 dollars for this. Tacos were so Bad they fell apart and literally less than 10 minutes. The famous bowl was still frozen. The 10 piece was so bad that I had to separate the grease from the meat so my kids could eat. The setting is I keep on ordering, hoping it’ll get better. This is not the case. Had placed an order online today 12-15-2024. Stated it would be ready in 20 min. Waited in the parking lot. With 3 min left till it’s ready. The order was cancelled, no issue with card, just lazy ass workers. No cars in line and there were no one in the lobby while we waited. I would not recommend ordering or eating here.
