Menu
Here you will find the menu of Kobe Ramen in Anthem. At this time there are 8 dishes and beverages in the menu.
A neighborhood ramen and hot pot spot with a pleasant atmosphere and reasonable prices delivers wildly mixed experiences. Standout items — truffle edamame, sweet potato fries, chicken tenders and the Ying-and-Yang hot pot — share billing with uneven ramen: broths and noodles range from silky to bland and proteins can be overcooked. Service is hit-or-miss, from attentive and helpful to distant. Great for families, groups or solo diners seeking hot pot or bold appetizers, but not the place for purists expecting consistently authentic, restaurant-quality ramen.

Pretty awesome atmosphere. Service was spectacular. We were the only ones in there so the kid was super kind and polite. Didn't kick us out even though they were closing or had closed already and we were still at the table. Eating The noodles were phenomenal. Overall experience was five star plus. View all feedback.
What Ivry Seven dislikes about Kobe Ramen:
As long-time customers, we’ve decided not to return due to the uncomfortable service we experienced. The servers were unwelcoming and not very sociable. They didn’t offer any recommendations or information about the menu items. We were quite disappointed, especially considering our bills are typically $200 or more. View all feedback.
Absolutely delicious! Great service and fun atmosphere. Kids loved it. We will definitely be back.

The staff is very friendly, the atmosphere is wonderfully relaxed, and the food is fantastic!
I tried the tonkatsu ramen and was quite disappointed. The broth tasted like basic chicken broth with very little flavor, and the chicken was tough and chewy. Instead of a regular egg, they used a tiny quail egg, which was a letdown. On a positive note, the truffle edamame was delicious. However, for dishes priced between $17 and $19, I expected much more than plain flavors and overcooked meat. I won’t be returning. A nice atmosphere can't compensate for overpriced, subpar food.
