Domino's Pizza - Antelope

I absolutely adore this pizza restaurant. They are consistently quick and never mix up my orders. The pizzas are always piping hot and fresh, and the staff is always attentive to customers. Ordering online is extremely convenient and comes with bonuses such as coupons, offers, and points towards a free pizza. The order tracking feature is fantastic and very helpful. In addition to the delicious pizza crusts and toppings, the prices are also very affordable. What's not to love about Dominos?

It seems like these Dominos really know how to deliver fast! My pizza flew right off my seat as soon as I sat down. I was excited to dig into my delicious meal, but alas, it ended up on the floor of my car before I even left the parking lot. However, the pizza I got for the kids was pretty tasty.

The long wait was understandable due to the shortage of staff, but it was made better by the kind gesture of a staff member who offered me a free soda. Their customer service was excellent. Overall, Dominos is worth the wait.

On 10/10/22, I went to pick up my order at the restaurant and asked to add on an 8-piece chicken dish that was not on the menu. The acting manager informed me that the menu was old, but I pointed out that these menus were still on the counter. He refused to honor the menu price. I also mentioned that my last order of pasta seemed like it had been sitting out all day and was mostly empty. The person making pizza apologized, while another employee explained that her eczema was causing issues with her fingers. I will never be returning to this restaurant. When I got home, the pizza was terrible - it was so sauced that we had to scrape it off with a knife. I wish I could show you a picture. This experience was absolutely awful. It's important to remember that word of mouth and reviews can greatly impact a business's success. - W.S.

Terrible customer service. I understand the importance of being patient with those who may not have a higher education, but the staff at this restaurant are completely incompetent. It seems like a group of four-year-olds are running the business. I ordered two specialty pizzas for $18 each and received two basic pepperoni pizzas instead. On top of that, they were cold. Despite being promised a remake and delivery within 30 minutes, it took three hours for the replacement pizzas to arrive, and they were still cold. This place is awful.
