Second time here, Went to dinner with my husband for our anniversary food was excellent I had the prim rib special was unbelievable, he had ziti with sausage and chicken huge portion... owner stopped extremely friendly and gave us the zeppoli for dessert for our anniversary! What User doesn't like about Lulu Pazzo Italiano:
Had the twin lobster last night and it came to me almost cold. I told the server and she even felt the claw and said I was right and she would let them know. I guess nobody really cared because not her or the chef or the owner came back to me with an apology or anything. Poor business practice. If you do not keep your customers happy they may never come back. Not to sure If I will. View all feedback.
I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant during my two recent visits! However, it has been closed for several consecutive days, so I would recommend calling ahead before you go. I truly hope they haven't gone out of business. Update: Thanks to Karen for the information—apparently, they have indeed closed down, according to an article she saw in the paper.
I recently had the fettuccine bolognese and it was absolutely amazing! I also requested some garlic bread, which wasn’t on the menu, and they happily made it for me. It was generously topped with cheese and fresh garlic. This cozy, family-owned restaurant is a gem. Noelle, the bartender, was friendly and recommended some delicious drinks. I would definitely give this place a 10/10 and highly recommend it to others!
I dined at Lulu under the new management, and I must say I wasn't as impressed. It's a shame, as the previous management offered outstanding food.
My fiancée ordered the Veal Milanese and it clearly says all on the top of the entrees served with potato and vegetable, both were not included. When I questioned that she said not all entrees apply to that. Well that's false advertising. Ok no problem... u lost a customer... I will post the menu to view
Just walked out of the place. It seems we are not valued as customers when you have to wait so long to have your order taken. The place wasn't even busy...
