Mi experiencia en XL Pizza fue una montaña rusa de emociones. Empezando por lo positivo, el sabor de la pizza era rico, realmente se nota la calidad de los ingredientes. Sin embargo, la espera fue un verdadero desafío. El pedido tardó más de una hora en llegar, y el sitio estaba abarrotado, sin suficientes mesas limpias disponibles. Pedí que nos informaran si había demoras significativas, pero solo recibimos excusas. Además, el servicio dejaba mucho que desear: el personal de cocina no usaba tapabocas, gritaban constantemente y los pedidos estaban desorganizados. En resumen, aunque el sabor de la pizza estuvo bien, el servicio y la experiencia general fueron decepcionantes.
