Terrible service on weekends. Lackadaisical waiters who care little about the customer. There is no manager to complain to, the waiters do what they want and if they don't feel like it, they simply won't serve you. What makes a place have good food and terrible service? There was a live performance by a very good quality Antillean music group, but with excessive volume that did not allow for conversation among the diners.
