Suggestion: If you don't want an ingredient in your food and ask for it to be changed, I don't see any reason why they shouldn't change it. Example: I ordered a philadog which comes with Philadelphia cheese and I asked them to change it for mozarella and they said that it was not possible, that if I wanted they would remove it and I had to pay for an addition of mozarella.
