I was in this subway yesterday during lunchtime 4/14/22. The first time. The line was long, but they were very well occupied. You could see how the employees work together and I wasn't in the line for long. The staff were nice, but just to the point. Thank you for your business. What Justin Powers doesn't like about Subway:
The little guy working here 9/29 at 4:30. Can't make a simple order for 2 people. If you don't put my other bag of chips and soda in the bag I'm going to grab them myself. This location sucks. Been there 3 times, everytime its something wrong. Dont matter if you're ordering online or in person or who's working at the time.
They always rush me no matter what time I come in at or how many people are/aren 't in the store. One time I had at least 20 minutes before they closed and just wanted one of the cookies they already had out in the case, it took WAY too much effort toget someone 's attention because nobody was watching the register... which... are y 'all insane!? Do you not care about storesecurity? Someone should be able to see the register and know if anyone enters the building at all times the store if open. Thatis SO risky. And the guy was snippy with me when I was like, I just want one quick thing. He said, Can it be done in twominutes? Like, seriously? What kind of response is that?? Anyway. I said Faster than that, I just want one of those cookies, and I got it and paid and left. It doesn 't matter how close it is to closing time. There 's no excuse to talk to a customer likethat. Asking what it is would 've been appropriate, but putting a two minute timeframe on it with 15 to spare in that tonewas uncalled for.
On September 29th at 4:30, the employee working here had trouble handling a straightforward order for two people. When he didn't include my extra bag of chips and soda in the bag, I mentioned I would just grab them myself. He then got up from watching the cameras and came out to accuse me of stealing. I would suggest he read the receipt; his job seems really challenging.
I visited this Subway during the lunch rush yesterday, April 14, 2022, and it was my first time there. Despite the long line, the staff was well-prepared and efficient, so I wasn't waiting for long. The employees were friendly yet direct in their approach, asking, "What would you like?" and expressing gratitude with, "Thank you for your business. Love it!" There was no unnecessary small talk, but they were still pleasant. The restaurant was also very clean; as soon as the line decreased, the employees immediately began sweeping and wiping down the area. It's refreshing to see a restaurant that is well-staffed. I'm not sure what management is doing to create such an effective team, but kudos to them for it!

The employees were polite and straightforward, thanking customers for their business without any unnecessary chatter, which I appreciated. The restaurant was clean as well. Once the line began to clear, the staff started tidying up the area by sweeping and wiping surfaces, showing their commitment to cleanliness. They seem to have a good system in place. I'm not sure how management trains them, but they clearly do a great job.
