I fully understand I don?t get any of the toppings just meat and cheese but wow there?s like 2 half slices of turkey.

Great tasting subs, as always! A little late with my catering order and VERY skimpy with requested extras (i.e. very few napkins to go with 2 18-pack orders), but overall, still high quality subs (vastly superior to that other sub shop with sub inits name)!

Been here a few times. Always been a very “Jimmy John’s” experience with very “Jimmy Johnsian” sandwich quality and service. 4 star.

I 've stopped in many times had sandwiches delivered more than a few times all was good, good service, nice polite people. The last time I stopped in I was greeted by an arrogant young man who just said whatta ya want . I replied excuse me , he said again, whatta ya want . That 's not what I consider good customer service, thank goodness he didn 't make the sandwich. I 'm guessing he 's related to the franchise owner otherwise he wouldn 't have a job.

*update. I did hear back from the manager of this location who seemed genuinely concerned and agreed two orders not delivering is fustrating and not okay. (Awesome, right?! The manager apologized, said she'd talk to staff and would be sending a gift card for the inconvenience. Surprise. Over a month and no gift card. I am happy to report I have been ordering online with subway, redeeming points for free subs and saving money. Subway is directly across the street. ..so consider ordering online with subways app, redeeming points and saving money. I've been ordering from this jj for over a year with no issues. Last time I ordered, my order never delivered. I called over an hour later and the driver insisted he delivered the order, which was not at my door. We confirmed address and a new order was eventually brought out. Today I ordered again, SAME thing happened. I called and again they insisted the order was delivered. It was not. I work from home and carry a schedule. I ordered lunch to have in-between meetings. I requested a refund. I simply don't have time to be chasing orders in-between meetings.
