Service slow, took 45 minutes to get 2 toasted sandwiches and this was after the lunch rush. Menu not flexible, had to get a different sandwich because I wanted it toasted. Do not cater for Allergies, no GF options. Over priced for what you get.

The best asparagus rolls I have ever tasted. The sweets are always fresh and flavoursome.Great coffee and tea. Hard to beat for the perfect quiet place for morning tea or lunch.

Our morning high tea was a delightful experience which more than met our expectations. The restaurant is elegant. The food was fresh and tasty. Cold drinks were cold, the tea was superbly hot. The service was friendly, prompt, unrushed and impeccable. It is a wonderful way to celebrate something important with your partner.

High Tea was wonderful! The beautiful surroundings and the delicious, freshly prepared treats on the high tea tray were a lovely way to spend an hour or so. The coffee was also good, and the hot chocolate was rich and sweet. A little patch of peace under the Mall. would be a perfect escape, or a special lunch date.
