Its not posh, its... read more Whilst walking through Annecy we asked a local where we could get a kebab. He took us to a slightly out of the old town location to Let Nora. Its not posh, its a basic cafe takeaway place run by young lads. The staff were helpful and friendly directing us to the set meal option of kebab, fries and drink for 7.00euros. We chose drinks from the fridge and waited about ten minutes for the food to arrive. A small portion of fries with chilli sauce and a nicely sized kebab in a warm and quite thick pitta bread. It was packed with salad, meat and chilli sauce as requested. No doubt there are finer establishments in Annecy, but I doubt anyone does a better, tastier meal for the price. Its on the list to visit again.

What a wonderful surpri... read more Our French is minimal but we managed to order two meals for us not fully knowing what they will be like and a third for our small child. What a wonderful surprise! The food was delicious and the staff took extra care of our daughter's meal. They made it perfect for a child without us (being able to) saying anything other than pointing at her. The price was good, and they were really fast. Super impressed by this place!
