Gaining a Michelin star was once seen as the height of cuisine. It is therefore interesting that this place has achieved one. Go for the view. The mashed potato’s were exquisite the rest of the menu however was left lacking. Pigeon was not perfect. Best flavour of the evening was the amuse bouche View all feedback.

Very attentive and discreet service, a delicate meal for the alchemy menu: no false note during the meal. The view of Lake Annecy is exceptional. Finally, the hotel is very well decorated and the exterior architecture is not in the rest. I recommend this restaurant 1*.
Restaurant located in a beautiful hotel, beautiful view of Lake Annecy, very pleasant terrace with view, all with fine and tasteful cuisine. At noon, the card is quite limited! Too bad.
