What Paul B likes about Au Fil du Thiou:
The welcome is always excellent and the food outstanding from a young(ish! chef having his roots in Normandy but with extensive experience elsewhere in top restaurants. The choices for each course are limited, but the menu is changed regularly in accordance with what is available on the market. The wine list is also very well chosen. Highly recommended. What Timothy Ruggiero doesn't like about Au Fil du Thiou:
We searched online for a long time and walked a long time to find this place. According to their website they would open at noon on Saturday and Sunday. When we finally found it there was a sign announcing it was closed due to Covid but indicated they would reopen at some point. This info was not posted on the website or their Facebook page.
